Craig doesn't emote a lot, including during sex, making as minimal sounds and stiff facial expressions or body language. Kenny is always looking for ways to make him break and this time it's by blowing him while Craig is actively driving on a highway. Craig does break in some way here. Something about doing something so dangerous gets them going.
