Kyle and Cartman are having a passionate argument when a multi-tentacled monster storms into the room. Whereas Kyle acts fast enough to avoid the creature, Cartman doesn't and ends up being caught by it. He is then thoroughly molested by the monster as Kyle watches with a mixture of confusion and arousal
