One is the higher-up at a company, and the other is their secretary/some lower-level worker. They're trapped in an elevator for an extended time and the boss decides to use that time to take advantage of their employee. Ideally it starts out with groping, subtle at first but grows more and more blatant and aggressive. The employee tries to ward them off with words for a while, but can't bring themselves to fight them off proper, too worried about losing their job or worse.
