Kenny has some sort of magic Pinocchio dick that grows slightly every time he lies (and shrinks when he tells the truth) so calling Tweek a whore/slut/etc in bed has some results.

Setting is up to you (it could be Witch!Tweek trying to undo Kenny's curse, or they're both just regular guys, well, except for the dick thing)
