Kyle is an obsessed fan of toolshed (he isn't aware toolshed is stan). He's also incredibly unhinged. Decides the best course of action is to torture toolshed with his own tools (hammer,drill,you name it) while fanboying-confessing his attraction to toolshed. Mid way through, Stan reveals his secret identity which drives Kyle to ride stan while he's bleeding out from the prior wounds. if stan dies or not, that's up to the writer, or could be left ambiguous
